Chateau Relaxo is a spacious five-bedroom, private pool & spa, offering over 2,360 square feet of luxury living. This property is just a short drive to the Empire Polo fields where Stagecoach and Coachella festivals are held.

Guest have access to the entire home including all amenities within the home. Before being able to access the property: reservation holder must provide host with a full guest- list. All names need to be cleared at the guarded gate, this also helps to confirm guest count does not exceed the sleep count. Any person not on the guest list will not have access to the property.
This large backyard is ready for you! Start your day off bright and early with the refreshing pool. The kids will love the pool where they will play all day long, and you can lounge on the tanning shelf nearby. Challenge your family in a game of pool basketball or ping pong. Soak up the sun while you catch up on your favorite book on one of two patio recliners. The family chef can grill up some burgers on the built-in natural gas barbeque, or some Kabobs on the charcoal Kabob grill. Enjoy your meals on the patio dining table with seating for eight while you enjoy the 55 inch TCL television. Sip on your favorite glass of wine around the natural gas fire table. Whatever you choose to do at Chateau Relaxo, we are sure you'll wish you booked an extra night.

Indoors, the home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. Plenty of room to enjoy the 80-inch Samsung Smart television, which includes three Twin-sized Sofa sleepers. Head over to the game area to challenge a friend in a competitive round of foosball. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Primary Suite 1 is located on the second floor and features a King-sized Bed, a Twin-Sized Day Bed with Twin Trundle, a 32-inch Samsung Smart television and large walk-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks and a makeup counter.

Bedroom 2 is located next to Primary Suite 1 and features a Queen-sized Bed and reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located on the second floor next to the hallway bathroom and features a Queen-sized Bed and reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is located next to Bedroom 3 and features a Queen-sized Bed with a reach-in closet. The upstairs hallway bathroom is located next to Bedroom 3 and features a soaking tub, tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 5 is located next to the front door on the first floor and features two Full-sized Beds. Adjoining, bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Other amenities: Ven Casa Vacation Rentals provides a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom items which includes paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and toilet paper. High quality linens, bathroom and pool towels are provided.

Age Requirements: The reservation holder must be 25 years of age at time of check-in and is required to be at the property for the duration of the reservation.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance is actively recording on the property, cameras are located over the driveway, front doorbell and back patio overlooking the side yard. All cameras are on exterior of home.

No Street Parking: Parking is available for 4 cars. This includes 2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway, but no street parking is permitted. Parking violations are guest responsibility. No RV, Large Passenger Vans and/or any type of Recreational Vehicles are allowed. Failure will result in a $750+ fine per citation.

PETS: Small pets (dogs only) are welcome with prior host approval and a $150 per pet cleaning fee. A maximum of 2 pets only.

POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and spa heat is not included in the total booking amount. Please reach out to host for details.

AC Usage: In order to ensure no damage is caused to the AC unit, we ask that the AC temperature is not lowered any less than 74 degrees. To help keep the home cool, we suggest closing any blinds or shutters and ensuring the doors remain closed to avoid heat entering the house during the hot days. House thermostat is monitored remotely.

NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC: We care about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, so we ask that when guest are utilizing the pool area the music is kept to an acceptable volume. Playing loud-amplified music and any fines associated with excessive noise complaints are the responsibility of the guest.

The reservation holder and their guest of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM - 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

At the time of booking, the reservation holder agrees to the terms above.
