This home is conveniently located in Pentwater Village, a charming neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, library, and shopping within walking distance, as well as Lake Michigan beach at beautiful Mears State Park. Pentwater also offers the Village Boat Launch Ramp providing access to Pentwater Lake, Pentwater Rivers, and Lake Michigan.
SWEET RETREAT features a monochromatic color scheme with stark contrasts, wood surfaces, and tasteful furnishings and decor.
You will not be missing out on modern conveniences including Air Conditioning, streaming TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, traditional and Keurig coffee makers, washing machine and dryer.
All kitchen items needed for cooking your own meals are provided by host in a beautiful well stocked kitchen.
Bathroom is stocked with luxury shampoos, conditioners and fluffy white towels.
Relax in the comfort and tranquility of the private backyard in the shade on the wooded double lot. Embrace your secluded little piece of Pentwater around the firepit or grill a tasty meal and enjoy outside dining.

A 4-passenger golf cart* is available to you and included in rate for weekly stays. This is a great way to explore the neighborhood, visit restaurants, boutiques, or the beach. For off season stays (minimum 3 night) the golf cart is an additional $50/day. Please note: golf cart is NOT available from November 1 through April 30.

* Per Pentwater Village code, a valid driver’s license is required to drive golf carts on public streets.
