Parking:
Keep in mind there is one designated, free parking space in front of the condo. There are two additional spaces in the parking lot that are first come, first serve. There are additional paid parking lots close by. Message me for additional free parkiing ideas.

Proximity to Slopes:
You're just steps away from the ski slopes, making it convenient to avoid (the awful) traffic during peak ski season or mountain events at Beech Mountain Ski Resort.

Walking distance to many of the popular Beech Mountain restaurants (see "nieghborhood description for details")

*Keep in mind AWD or 4WD will be needed during winter months to get up the mountain. Chains are sold at the base of the mountain in Banner Elk, if needed. Feel free to reach out with more specific questions.

The condo has spiral staircases to upper and lower levels so we suggest packing in duffles or smaller suitcases.

Condo is located alongside the bunny slope where the resort is building the new magic carpet ride. Exact dates of completion are not posted yet. Listing will be updated when details are confirmed by the resort. Prior to magic carpet being completed the condo is “ski-out” only and guests will need to be capable to walk up the bunny slope to condo prior to magic carpet being completed.

Winter season: lift tickets can be purchased online through Beech Mountain Ski Resort’s website and picked up at ticket booth located beside the main lodge.

Ski Rentals: renting from the ski resort is easiest but if you chose to get your skis elsewhere, we recommend you pick up the day before at any of these places (make reservations well in advance)

Summer months:

Downhill mountain biking just outside the back door. Bike down the bunny slope to base of Beech Mountain lifts.
