The Space:
This spacious, sunlit desert home is filled with upscale amenities and a backyard featuring a stunning heated pool, and pergola for a little shade. With professionally-selected décor, this airy and luxurious home can sleep up to 18 guests and is custom-designed for large groups to experience extravagant living in Scottsdale.

Guest Access:
The entire home is reserved for your exclusive use. Please note that the water features in the pool are non-operational during winter months (roughly November - May). The pool is heated during the winter months.

Located in a beautiful residential area with nearby restaurants and bars, this home is the perfect spot for your group, whether you're friends, family, or colleagues. Downtown Scottsdale is an easy 14-20 minute drive away. There are also plenty of delicious local dining options about a 10 minute walk away. This location is ideal for those who want to be within striking distance of Scottsdale's nightlife and culinary scenes, while maintaining privacy and quiet at night.

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Off-street parking is available. Should you prefer to leave your car at home, we are a 10 minute walk to a strip of dozens of bars and restaurants, and the 72 Bus takes you straight to Old Town Scottsdale. Uber/Lyft is a convenient option too.

For the bike lover, rest easy knowing that Scottsdale is one of only 39 communities nationwide rated Gold level or higher by the League of American Bicyclists for its bicycle friendliness.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
