This cozy residence is situated in a private residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of busy Miami tourist areas - but convenient for access! The home was completely remodeled so everything in the home is brand new.

The home boasts 3 bedrooms with a queen, full, and twin beds. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room accommodating a total of 6 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV and the master bedroom has an ensuite bath.

A large backyard and outdoor patio is available for your outside enjoyment.

Amazing VRBO

This property is incredible. If you are in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area and need a place to stay, do yourself a favor and check this place out. From the amazing, clean smell every time you open the door to all the smart home features, this place definitely has it all! Another great thing is that the host is always available anytime you have questions. A+++ and 10/10!

Host broke Vrbo policy. Doesn't care

Property was clean and had all the necessities included. However, the property management has a noise detection device installed that isn't listed on the property details. A member of our group inadvertently unplugged one of these devices without knowing what it was and as a result, we were bombarded by aggressive messages telling us that we are required to comply with "house rules" that were not detailed anywhere on the property details. Property management here is not on top of the information in their listing. Rules were not described, checkout instructions are non-existent, and the amenities listed are inaccurate. For instance, this location shows that a hot tub is available of which none exists. When pressed about the policy, the host neither seemed to care or was concerned that Vrbo rules meant to protect the privacy and security of guests were broken. If you are thinking of booking this property, I'd recommend looking for alternatives if you value privacy, and respectful communication with hosts.
