The setting is something special, just two blocks from the light rail connecting you to downtown Seattle (four miles), the airport (10 miles), and everything in between. Columbia City is a beloved neighborhood that will place you within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, a grocery store, Genesee Park, and Seward Park on the shores of Lake Washington. A private parking space and easy street parking are provided as well.
A highlight of the property is the serene outdoor space, from the rose boxes that greet you out front to the peaceful back patio. It's an ideal spot for morning coffee at the bistro table, soothing soaks in the hot tub, and evenings spent roasting marshmallows around the firepit.
The two-story interior is bright and comfortable, including a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a window-lined dining room, and a living room where you can play board games, stream movies, and even tinker on the piano in the evenings. Of the three bedrooms, one is outfitted with a desk workspace where you can log onto the WiFi with a view of the neighborhood.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
