Welcome to our cozy and spacious retreat, boasting a generous 700 square feet of living space.

Our two-bedroom apartment on 63rd Street in Philadelphia, PA, is a spacious and comfortable living space perfect for small families or roommates. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The shared bathroom is clean and well-maintained, and towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

We offer a high-quality, premium 12 inch thick fluffy memory foam that provides exceptional comfort and support. Our mattress is made of multiple layers of memory foam, which conforms to the contours of your body and distributes your weight evenly across the surface, reducing pressure points and providing a comfortable sleep experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as cookware, utensils, and dishes. You can prepare your meals in the kitchen and enjoy them in the dining area, which has a table and chairs for four people.

As a guest of our two-bedroom apartment on 63rd Street in Philadelphia, PA, you will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. This includes the two separate bedrooms, the full bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen, and the dining area.

The Neighborhood:
Haddington is located in West Philadelphia and is bordered by Market Street to the north, 52nd Street to the east, Vine Street Expressway to the south, and Cobbs Creek to the west. Other Things to Note:
Please note that we require a $179 Refundable Incidnetal fee to be paid prior to your check-in date. This fee is paid directly to us and is fully refundable given the fact no damages had occured to the property and non of our house rules and policies were breached.

Our apartment is located on the second floor of a walk-up building, so there is no elevator. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage.

Street parking is available in the neighborhood.

Our apartment is a non-smoking unit, and smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment or building. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of any cigarette butts properly.

We ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 10 pm.

Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. If you need to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request for a fee

Early check in at 2pm - $25 fee
Late check out at 12pm - $25 fee

We take pride in keeping our apartment clean and tidy, and we ask that you do the same during your stay. Please clean up after yourself and leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.

We welcome families with children, and we can provide pack n play and high chair upon request.

There is a $75 pet fee per pet for stays of 7 nights or less. We charge $100 per pet for guests who stay for more than 7 nights. Small dogs are permitted.

As a reminder, we kindly request that pets remain off the bed and sofa during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. We understand that pets can bring great joy, and we hope that you and your pet will have a wonderful stay with us while respecting this request. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

NO SMOKING!
Please refrain from smoking, vaping, or using hookah inside or outside of our apartment. To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy in our premises.

Smoking is permitted outside the building, but we kindly ask that you smoke away from the building and be considerate of other guests.

★ To ensure the safety of all our guests, it is important that the smoke detector batteries remain intact throughout your stay. Removing the smoke detector batteries is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty of $50. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping the smoke detectors functional at all times. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.

★Please note that these units are on the second and third floors. You must ascend a flight of stairs.

★The exterior door in the kitchen leads to an emergency exit outside if there is a fire. Please do not tamper or use that door unless there is a Fire.

Not too bad
So the beds were small only fulls and they were stiff very u comfortable but there was anything laying around that my kids could break so that was nice. It is in a rougher neighborhood but I have family out here so if u have reason to be out here. It’s not too bad for price. And there wasn’t a living room but I was about the same as hotel prices and we got 2 bedrooms and a kitchen Half Full thank you

Do not book this property!
We booked two nights based on the images and description of the property, which looked nice on the website. However, VRBO does not release the exact address until the last minute and when we got there, the neighborhood was very seedy with a four lane street right in front. The bedrooms are facing this busy and very noisy street. On three occasions there were people screaming threats and profanities outside our windows in what seemed to be drug deals. To make matters worse, there was an incessant roar from cars and motorcycles speeding in both directions outside the bedroom windows ALL NIGHT LONG, even on the night before Thanksgiving (!), so we weren't able to sleep a wink. Exhausted and sleep-deprived, the following morning we had no other option but to cut our trip short. When we told the host we wanted to cancel the second night and asked for a refund, they refused. In addition, there was no complimentary coffee, as was promised, no place to plug in a blow dryer in the bathroom, no mirrors or tables in the bedrooms. Dangerous neighborhood + incessant noise = stay away!
