Our 5 bedroom 4 bathroom rental is just minutes away from the Riverwalk, Alamo, and major sports games, concerts, and other events at the Frost Bank Center, Alamodome and convention center! Here for UTSA or Spurs game? Look no further!

We also included lots fun amenities, like an Xbox Series X, a house music subscription to Apple Music, a Sonos System, card games, board games and an inflatable outdoor movie screen! There is plenty to do here! Please read the full description before booking.!!!!

SLEEPING ARANGEMENTS:
We have a total of 3 King beds, 4 Queen beds, 2 high quality cots that can be placed in any room and 2 Queen luxury air mattresses. for a total of 11 beds. All bedrooms are upstairs, including the casita. Note that the cots and air mattresses are not pictured in our listing.

Bedroom 1: features a private bathroom and a king bed.
Bedroom 2: features two queen beds and a private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: features a queen bed and a jack and jill bathroom.
Bedroom 4: features a queen bed and a the jack and jill bathroom
Bedroom 5: is the casita. The casita features 2 king beds. It is very spacious and is an ideal spot for extra beds.

ENTERTAINMENT:
We packed the house with things to do so you can get the most out of your time with your family and friends during your stay. Our downstairs area features a 3 speaker Sonos system that has a house Apple Music account, allowing you to create any type of ambience you like! Theres also a 65in Samsung Frame TV with an Xbox Series X/S (Game Pass subscription included) and a Nintendo Switch! We even include and Apple TV that is preloaded with over 500 new and classic movies. From Back to the Future to Spiderman: Across the Spiderverse, we have a huge selection of movies that can be played on the living room TV or the huge outdoor movie screen!

We include a Espon projector, extention cords, and a blower for an optional outdoor movie night! Also outside, we have a few games, including a ping pong table and fooseball table. Also included in the outdoor space is a ceramic charchoal grill, an outdoor sofa, a solo stove fire pit and a huge outdoor dining table! Note that the outdoor space is modular, so you can customize it to what you want to use the space for, or we can set it up for you! By default, the outdoor space is set up so there part of the space can be used to park, which is the most popular option. More details on this in the parking section of the listing.

The casita also has a huge TV and lounge area. The TV is hooked up to a retro gaming console!

AMENITIES:
We try to include as many amenities as possible so that you don't have to bring too much with you when you travel here! First we have the basics, like toliet paper, paper towels, bath towels, shampoo, bodywash... pretty much everything you would get in a hotel, including bath towels! We also include other basics like coffee and laundry detergent.

We also have a ton of high quality kitchen amenities. Effren and Tanya recently opened a near by restaurant called "Blush", so it was a priority for us to make sure we have high quality kitchenware to make cooking easier! We include a Ninja Blender as well Ninja brand kitchen and chopping knives! You should have everything you need here to cook and serve anything you like!

We also include a high chair and a pack n play, but we do prefer our guests requests these so that we can insure their quality!

PARKING:
There is plenty of options for parking. You can fit up to 5 cars in the private backyard area. Up to 2 vehicles can also park in the driveway. There is room here for larger vehicles.
