If you'd prefer to get out on the lake, take the provided paddle boards for a spin. Your time on the water can be paired with a beachside picnic, courtesy of the provided wheeled cooler, pop-up canopies, and beach chairs.

Additionally, nearby, you can explore and play at Garden City Park, Bear Lake West Golf Course, the Limber Pine Nature Trail, and Beaver Mountain Ski Area - all less than 16 miles away.

When you're ready to get some much-needed R&R in, head for the updated interior of your stay where comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and expansive living quarters await. The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen blend together perfectly. Mealtime is made a breeze in this space with multiple dining tables guaranteeing everyone space.

With six bedrooms to choose from, everyone's comfort is guaranteed. Each of the rooms has ample storage space, a private TV, and high-quality linens. In the primary bedroom, you'll have access to a dedicated workspace. Additional perks include a separate laundry room, a second refrigerator in the garage, an EV charging outlet, central air-conditioning, corn hole, and children's items like a Pack-N-Play and high chair.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are outdoor cameras at all accesses. There is a Ring camera and camera facing the front and back entrances.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
