Fit for a chef, the gourmet kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances and a large prep island, while the beautiful dining room table is perfect for festive meals. Featuring vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows overlooking the water, the top-floor living room is furnished with comfortable seating around a fireplace, a TV, and a games table. A bonus living space with a TV area on the ground level leads to the sprawling patio with alfresco dining and a grill, offering seamless indoor/outdoor living.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
