Discover urban living in our cozy 2-bedroom duplex suite in a diverse, original Denver neighborhood. Enjoy city conveniences with a furnished patio, open living space with a new SmartTV and a wood-burning stove. Beyond the barn door sits a queen bedroom. A dining area, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, full bathroom, and laundry area complete the floor. Downstairs, a second queen bedroom offers an extra layer of privacy.

This residence is one-half of a side-by-side duplex. You'll be staying in the property on the right side with its own private entrance. Please note that the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are elderly or have mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the entrance of the unit and down to the second bedroom.

Please be aware that Denver is a 420-friendly city, and you may occasionally notice neighbors partaking on their porches and properties. Your comfort and privacy are of utmost importance to us.

Kindly note there is no central AC system. However, there is a standing AC unit located in the dining room.

Street parking is provided, with spots located in front of the home and along the street. Before parking, please make sure to check the street signs to ensure that you are complying with local parking regulations. Please note that there is no garage access or driveway parking available.

Bedroom #1:
Centrally situated adjacent to the main living space sits the main bedroom and showcases a snug queen-sized bed trimmed with soft linens and pillows, ensuring a rejuvenating rest. The closet and bookshelves offer ample storage for your personal items. A collection of books and board games awaits, providing endless entertainment options or leisurely moments spent indoors.

Bedroom #2:
At the end of the duplex, a staircase guides you down to a comforting queen-sized bed dressed in premium sheets and pillows for a good night's sleep. The large armoire offers extra storage for your belongings. Bedside tables with lamps finish the space. This additional bedroom offers an added layer of privacy to settle in and feel perfectly at home.

A full bathroom is conveniently situated adjacent to the upstairs living area. It highlights a rustic tiled shower/tub option with both a fixed and detachable shower head and a new stone vanity. Toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, are provided for your stay.

You'll find plenty of street parking right in front of the home and along the street. Kindly note that parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no designated parking in the driveway or garage.
