This family apartment is located in south Netanya, on the Ne'ot Shaked (Azorim) neighborhood. It has been carefully furnished to accomodate up to 6 people with full comfort. Located on the 4th floor of a luxury residential building, it is ideal for a relaxed family vacation. Our guest can enjoy a fresh mediterranean breeze all year long, as this is a walk though apartment. It has all the necessary equipment and amenities as well as a private parking spot.

The living space is bright and large, divided between a living room, a kitchen and. a dining area.

Dining room with a table that can accomodate up to 6 people.

Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, full height closet en suite full bathroom with walk in shower. Access to the balcony.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, full height closet for your belongins.
Extra full bathroom with tub.

- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.

- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.

- Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hour minimum.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 17% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 17% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 17% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a very family friendly neighborhood. There is a large supermarket right downstairs, a park with a natural reserve a few steps away. The synagogue is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and the closest beach is less than a kilometer away next to the Vert Lagoon Hotel. Ramat Poleg with its beach and shopping mall is only 3 kilometers away.
GETTING AROUND
We recommend renting a car as you can take advantage of the parking spot include in the booking and as parking in Netanya is quite easy. However many attractions are within walking distance or a short cab ride away.
