Pet-Friendly Lake House with Boat Slip, Hot Tub, and WiFi

Welcome to our peaceful lake retreat, located in a private, lakefront community minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Let us take the hassle out of travel with this well-appointed house designed with all of the comforts of home. Take our towels, inflatables, and canopy to the beach (0.5 mi walk). Cook in our fully stocked kitchen and eat in a dining room that seats 6. Put music on a BT speaker and play board games or our arcade. Unwind in the hot tub while the dog runs in a fenced-in yard.

The top two floors of the house are available for this rental. The basement is under renovation and will remain locked for your safety.

As you walk into the house, you notice the cathedral ceiling and the open floor plan. The first floor features a master suite with a private full bathroom, a living room, a fully stocked kitchen, pantry, a dining room that seats six, and a half bathroom.

The master suite comes with a king size bed, ample storage in a walk-in closet, a full en suite bathroom with a sizable shower, and a conveniently located washer and dryer. The master bedroom opens to the both the porch and the living room.

Enjoy the living room with seating for six, a 50" HD smart tv, and a large collection of board games and puzzles. Grab three friends and play a full size NBA Jam arcade system we placed in the pantry. The large and fully stocked kitchen features all of the pots, pans, plates, and glasses you will need along with a coffee and tea station, a blender, and a toaster.

As you head up the stairs, you see that the second floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedroom to the right comes with king bed, a dresser, and a crib. The bedroom to the left comes with a queen bed, a chest of drawers, and a comfortable leather chair. Guests staying in both bedrooms can the full bathroom with a double vanity, toilet, and a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise from the wrap around porch from multiple locations including hammock swings overlooking the backyard and comfortable Adirondack chairs. Take in the sunset and secluded wooded backyard from our four person hot tub. Your furry friends will enjoy the place as well with our fully fenced in back yard including a dog waste station, should you need supplies.

The basement is under renovation and will remain locked for your safety. The garage and storage unit are also unavailable. The rest of the house and grounds are yours.
