The bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor - there is a set of stairs to a access the bedrooms.
Additional Guests: Maximum number of guests is 6. Any additional guests will incur a $50 per person/per night fee.

Security Systems: There is a single camera on the property facing the front door. Guests that tamper with the security system in any fashion (to include the WiFi) are immediately canceled with no refund.

Excessive dirtiness and/or damages: Guests that leave the property in an excessively dirty state (requiring more than the standard cleaning) will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee. Damages beyond normal wear and tear will also be charged a reasonable fee to either repair or replace the damaged item.

No pets: If there is evidence a pet was on the premises, there will be a $300 fine

No smoking: If there is evidence there was smoking in the residence, there will be a $300 fine

No illegal substances: If there is evidence there were illegal substances used in the home, there will be a $500 fine.

No moving furniture. If furniture is moved from its original location a $100 fee will apply.

All dishes must be returned to the kitchen.
