Villa Fun and Sun is a newly-built, 3-bedroom villa in St. Jean with ocean views. A convenient location, and for most people walking distance from the beach of St. Jean, Villa Fun and Sun offers nice ocean views from the hillside above the beautifully renovated pond and bird sanctuary. A generous parking area is behind the gate next to the villa. A heated pool with a waterfall sits in the corner of the terrace, with a lounging area below and above, as well as an outdoor kitchen with grill, and a covered terrace with the dining table that can be fully screened in. Off the covered terrace is the fully-equipped, semi-open kitchen that can be air-conditioned, which connects to the spacious, air-conditioned living room with seating by the entertainment center, as well as separate seating with views to converse. Behind the living room is a second terrace with seating and loungers. The villa has two master bedrooms. The first is in a separate bungalow next to the entrance from the parking area, the second off the living room. Each room has a European king-sized bed, dressing, a smart TV with Netflix, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is situated in the back of the house and is also accessed from the living room. This room has a European king-sized bed, closet space, and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a small room in between the living and the third bedroom with a pull-out sofa, ideal for an extra child or teenager.
