SWIMMING POOL (heated!) AND JACUZZI are shared between the 4 Villas. PLEASE NOTE NONE OF THE VILLAS HAVE DIRECT VIEWS OF THE LAKE OR VOLCANOES.

NB - Please note 22-27 November is the Santa Catarina Palopo annual festival. It is a fun time to visit, BUT there will be music and a lot of noise day and night during this time.

Sueños de Santa Catarina is a complex of comfortable, fully equipped vacation rentals with 2 bedrooms, a Sofabed (Queen), 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people.

Prices listed are for 4 guests. More guests up to a MAXIMUM of 6 are charged at $20pp, per night.

Each Villa has two floors. The ground floor is open plan with a living room with fireplace (does NOT work) and sofa bed (Queen), then to the other side a fully-equipped modern kitchen and comfortable seating area for 6 people. Under the stairs is a full bathroom with shower. Sliding doors lead from the kitchen to a semi-covered, private outside eating area.

Upstairs are two spacious double bedrooms each with their own bathroom with bath tub! The Master Bedroom is en-suite and has access to the wrap around balcony that offer wonderful views across the property.

The second bedroom's bathroom is also a double (Queen) and the bathroom is right next door with a door leading to the wrap-around balcony from the landing.

Each villa is equipped with a washer/dryer and have access to 1 parking space. We can take requests for a second car space depending on availability. However, there is paid parking in the town too.

The inside Fireplace does NOT WORK - sorry! BUT: We have firepits for exterior use. Please ask Juan.

ALL FOUR villas are now available to rent. Each villa is the same. If you wish to book one of the other Villas please let us know. There is a discount if you rent more than 1 Villas at the same time.

Villa Santa Catarina #1 - Has a Twin second Bedroom.
Villa Mil Flores #2 - Has a bunkbed with a Full/matrimonial below and a single above
Villa Jaguar #3 - Has a Queen double second bedroom and
Villa Santiago #4 - THIS HOUSE has a Queen double second bedroom.

The villas can be rented by the week (7 nights for price of 6) and by the month. Please contact us for prices. We offer discounts if more than one Villa is rented at the same time.

The Perfect Get Away just outside of Panajachel and a great base for exploring the whole Lake Atitlan area.

Please remember this is a small, un-touristy town, so there are not any tourist aimed restaurants or bars here, HOWEVER, in nearby Pana there are plenty along with everything else you might need during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE LISTED PRICES ARE FOR 4 GUESTS. An extra 5th and 6th guest are charged $20pp per night.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE - Please be considerate to the other guests. We do have site rules regarding noise for everyone's convenience.

PLEASE NOTE VIEWS OF LAKE ATITLAN AND VOLCANOES ARE FROM THE LAKE-FRONT POOL AREA. THE VILLAS DO NOT HAVE VIEWS.

SWIMMING POOL (heated) & JACUZZI AREA BY VILLA 5 (not for rent) ARE SHARED BETWEEN THE 4 VILLAS: Please be sure to observe our rules and regulations for this area and use of both water facilities.

NO NON RESIDENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS AREA. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest access

Each villa is private to guests. The gardens and pathway down to the public beach is shared amongst the Villas.

There are 2 BBQs shared between the 4 Villas. If you wish to use one please ask Juan and give at least 24 hours notice to avoid disappointment. Thank you.

Please note there is an armed guard at night for your extra security.

If you wish to bring guests not staying at the Villa to the house PLEASE BE SURE TO ADVISE JUAN OF THIS AND ONLY DURING THE DAY TIME, AND NOT TO USE THE POOL AREA.

CHECK IN is between 2-7pm. Please be sure to give an approx. arrival time at least 24 hours before arriving. Please also call the Guardian/Onsite Manager Juan from Pana (10 min drive away), so he can open the gates for you. AND if you are running late.

We send extensive Welcome Notes to all our guests and have a set in each house for guests during their stay.

Please respect the QUIET HOURS - 10pm - 9am

Check In - 2-7pm. Please advice us ahead of time if you will be arriving after 7pm
Check Out is BEFORE 11am PLEASE!

There are cleaning products though under the sink in the kitchen and a broom in each Villa. If you cannot find them, just ask Juan.
