Located in the center of Heber-Overgaard and right off of the 277 Highway.
Corner lot, on one Acre of Private Property.
Great for a couples, solo adventures, business travelers and family’s (with kids).

The space
House information
You will be provided your own personalized door code to gain access to the cabin, this code is changed after every booking.
If the BBQ runs out of propane there are new tanks on the premises, please notify the property manager.
There is a large trash bin stored in the garage for your nightly removal of trash bags.
The front driveway off of Mogollon Drive has a half circle driveway, able to park up to 4 cars where you enter the cabin from the front door.
The back driveway off of Chevelon Road pulls you up to the garage and side entrance. There is extra parking here as well.
The cabin contains 3 bedrooms and two baths, one room has a twin bed and another has a queen bed, both these bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub right outside the master door.
There are board games in addition to the pool table, ping pong table, and arcade game with over 10,000 games (A-Z) vintage and new!
On the side yard you have access to a fire pit, with seating to sit and enjoy an open flame. Please do not cook any food or desserts over the flame.
The entertainment room is equipped with comfortable seating for all as well as a large smart TV where you can connect your devices.
Our kitchen is fully functioning with cookware, plates and silverware. Please maintain a clean kitchen at all times.
If you wish to pull or lower the window curtains we only ask that an adult do it.
The Arizona room is the perfect place to chill out while spectating the ping pong shenanigans.
Also in the Arizona room is a chest freezer for whatever you may need.
Its pollen and mud season, don't fret if you return to the cabin from a day out with mud or pollen covered shoes. Leave any dirty articles outside and get back to the fun!
The dining room has a large wooden table where the four stools swivel out for your seating.
Living room/entertainment room is perfect for guests to come together, play games and bond. There is a bar top and high table with four additional seating.
The hot water in the cabin gets HOT! moderate the heat to your liking.
Please do not touch the pellet stove, in the fireplace by the front door.
The small TV in the front room is for security footage only, please do not touch.

Every bedroom has brand new carpet, please leave all your shoes in the shoe box behind the front door.
There is a washing machine and dryer located in the garage, please shake out laundry before washing. Do not overload the washer, apply an appropriate amount of soap and clean out the lint tray after every use.
The garage door must be manually opened, it is recommended to use the side and front door for coming and going. Please keep the garage closed when not in use. We have plenty of room to park your SxS, ATV, trailers and more!
