Rising 245 meters into the sky, Al Fattan Marine Towers hold the distinction of being the tallest structures in the JBR area. The upper podium features a leisure deck with fully-equipped health club, swimming pool, sun lounge, garden and other recreational facilities. The ground floor hosts commercial and retail spaces serving both residents and clients from around the area.
Guests staying 5 days or longer will receive a weekday access to private beaches, pools, and spas of more than twenty 5-Star resorts including Sheraton Jumeirah Resort and Hilton Jumeirah that are within a few minutes’ walk, as well as an array of world-famous resorts on The Palm Jumeirah, such as Atlantis The Palm, W The Palm, and many others.

Our uniquely designed luxury apartments in Al Fattan Marine Tower 2 feature three full bedrooms, maid’s room and four and half bathrooms altogether. Two allocated parking spots in the underground garage are included in the rent (we will inform you about the specific parking slots in advance).

• Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 11 AM (11:00 HRS)
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment

CLEANING
• Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only
• Guest staying 10 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week
• Extra cleaning with linens and towels change is available at additional charge with a 24hrs advanced request
