This is a cute 1-bedroom unit in a fourplex house situated in the picturesque neighborhood of Cedar Crest in southern Dallas. Stay in our charming & relaxing unit with full bathroom. Equipped with wifi, Smart TV(Ready for your NetFlix login), AC, full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, coffeemaker, air fryer and dishwasher. Note that washer and dryer is shared with other tenants.
-Please note that we charge a $75 pet fee per pup and additional pets are $50 each which will be charged separately. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.
-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.

As far as bringing a pet, we can not accept pets that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.

-Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
-Late check-out fee, minimum charge of $50(depending on how late), WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out.

-Any noise/disturbance that causes neighbor disruption will incur a $1000 fee, because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association.

-STRICTLY NO Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.

PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that has below 4 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.

REMINDER:
For any URGENT REPAIRS needed on the property. We always notify our guest immediately, and let our handyman/service company get inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that needed an URGENT action to make sure guest's needs are addressed and resolved immediately. Thank you
