Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath property! The highlight of our home is the large living room, perfect for gathering and relaxing. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a fluid and inviting space for socializing and entertaining.

Each of the four bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office, featuring a stylish sleeper sofa and glass French doors that provide privacy while still allowing natural light to flow through. This versatile space can serve as a cozy retreat or a functional workspace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and amenities, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The adjacent dining area provides ample seating for 4-6 at the main table and has a high-top bar where an additional 3 people can sit and is an ideal spot to enjoy meals together or plan your day's adventures.

Throughout the property, you'll find a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics. The other three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king bed and two guest bedrooms with queen beds) are private and comfortable. The two bathrooms are well-appointed and offer convenience and comfort for you and your fellow guests. The hot water runs off of a natural gas instant water heater so you won't have to worry about running out of hot water during your stay.

Whether you're looking to unwind in the spacious living room, gather around the dining table for a meal, utilize the office space for work or relaxation, or the backyard for a family bbq, this property offers versatility and comfort for all your needs.

The property has a digital lock that will generate your own personal access code, providing you with contactless access upon your arrival and peace of mind knowing throughout your stay. Your personal code will be sent to you 3 days before your check-in date.

Give the tankless hot water heater a few seconds to warm up when you turn on the water.

Log in to your favorite streaming services during your stay via the TV's ROKU guest mode. All you have to do is turn on the TV, input your checkout date, and Roku's guest mode will automatically log you out of your streaming services upon your departure.

For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers licence, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $230 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80

Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.

No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violates Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.

Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 an hour after checkout).
-Smoking of any kind in the unit or where it can waft into the unit: $100
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Pet cleaning fee (excessive hair, bodily fluids, stains): $100
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value

Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. Upon completing your reservation, we will provide you with an optional third-party Travel Insurance policy.

We use third-party guest screening: We use a third-party company for guest verification. Upon booking you give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Disappointed in Enterprise
We arrived on the afternoon of November 30th, dropped off our luggage and went straight to my son’s home to visit. We arrived back at Yellow Leaf between 8-9pm and were then able to give the property a good look over. All lower kitchen cabinets contained rodent droppings, the kitchen and dining room floor required extensive cleaning to remove built up dirt. A handheld vacuum was leaned against a corner with its dirt container completely full. I messaged the property contact via the VRBO app with my displeasure. I received an apology and it was conveyed that pest control service would be contacted. This was November 30th, we were staying until December 3rd. That was the last correspondence I received. I can provide examples in pictures of the dirty home. There is a hole in a wall behind one of the bedroom doors, the dirt on window blinds and along baseboards was extensive, as was the blades of the ceiling fans. We were a party of four adults. Each bathroom had 3 towels and 2 wash cloths only. We were granted access to the “owners” closet to get more towels only to find a wad of dirty towels crammed into the bottom of said closet, which my wife washed. There were no suitable frying pans to even scramble an egg. The clothes dryer stopped working the night before we left leaving us to take wet clothes home with us. As for the neighborhood, several houses you pass enroute to the rental appeared abandoned, one had so much trash and junk in the front yard it should be investigated b
