The loft is located in the up and coming art district, Mid Town! This unique and inspiring space is located on the second floor of an artsy building adorned with captivating modern art murals on its exterior, reminiscent of the iconic Wynwood Miami art district. The entire building serves as a creative haven for Micro Entrepreneurs seeking a nurturing space to bring their business ideas to life, making it a true cultural center for art, creativity, and innovation in the industrial side of downtown Fort Myers, FL. The building is gated and offers a large shared parking lot with two security cameras monitoring the lot and two cameras on the loft emergency side stairwell. There are outside community events in the parking different months, depending on the tenants.

For those who love staying active, we've provided a small bench and dumbbell set, perfect for a quick workout.

In the second room, you'll find a unique low platform twin bed, adding to the loft's artistic charm. The third room is an office for those moments of work, if needed.
To enhance your entertainment experience, there are colored lights in the ceiling to give a unique pop of color, controlled by remote. Also three large TVs in the living room and bedrooms .

The modern kitchen is a highlight of the loft, featuring stainless steel appliances, including a spacious farmhouse-style sink. While the loft DOESN'T INCLUDE A STOVE for cooking, you'll have everything you need to prepare quick and delicious meal, there is a Griddle you can connect and use, also a microwave that doubles as an air fryer. A coffee pot to start the day right. Close by you have a selection of Fort Myers' trendy restaurants, art centers, and lively clubs are just a stone's throw away, offering an array of culinary delights and entertainment options to explore. Also Fowler street has a diverse amount of mom and pop restaurants from Jamaican, Dominican, Haitian, Central American, Puerto Rican, Mexican and more, just a quick drive down the street.
