Warmth and sunlight fill this breezy, beachfront studio in Galveston, beautifully situated directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Beachcomber or surfer, you'll come home each afternoon to a shaded balcony with panoramic views of the beach and the Gulf below.

This Gulf-front retreat sits on the eighth floor of the By the Sea Condominiums, right along Seawall Boulevard and across the road from the beach. Spend your days kayaking in the Gulf, swimming in the outdoor pool on the grounds, and practicing your serve on the tennis court. You'll also be within two miles of great shopping and dining, all sorts of fun at Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn, and peaceful afternoons at the 61st Street Fishing Pier.

Wake up with the sunrise each morning, bring your first mug of coffee outside to the balcony, and prepare yourself an easy breakfast in the kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster, but no oven or stove). The studio is thoughtfully laid out for your every need, offering central AC, a breakfast bar, a smart TV that can be enjoyed from both the sofa and the bed, and a desk where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi in comfort.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
