It offers a comfortable open concept living and dining area for visiting and entertaining ideal for families, small groups and couples. You can walk out the patio doors for an evening stroll or a short walk to the lifts.
This tastefully updated two-bedroom condo with 2.5 bathrooms comfortably sleeps four people. Both bedrooms located upstairs have vaulted ceilings and are spacious in size. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom 2 twin beds, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Conveniently located on this floor there are laundry appliances.
On the main floor you’ll find an open concept kitchen overlooking the dining area and charming living room. The gas fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere for relaxing after a day at the mountain and allow your mind to peacefully wander as you soak in the hot tub located on the balcony off the main floor.
One storage locker is provided for storing skis and snowboards and there is one covered parking space. Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
