>Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including plates, cups, silverware, pots & pans.
>Dining Room: Dining table for 4 guests, Kitchen bar with 2x bar stools.
>Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer with detergent for our guests.
>Half Bathroom: Half bathroom located next to the front door.

>Backyard: The backyard is overlooking the Matanzas River with Downtown St. Augustine in the background. We have outdoor furniture on the back porch for enjoying the views.
>Parking: Two spaces available for parking on the property - 1 space available next to Garage 3, 1 space available on the pine needles located in front of the home on the south side of the property in front of the gate or inside Garage 1.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the second floor unit (Unit 2 only), which is accessed through the first floor - Walk to the right of the water fountain in front of the home, take left access the unit through the glass door with number "2" marking. Additionally, the guests have access to walk downstairs to the intracoastal to enjoy the views!
Check-in details will be provided the morning of check-in.
Guests will access the home with a physical key - Location and access code to padlock will be provided to retrieve the front door key to Unit 1.
We live right down the street, so if you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Davis Shores charms visitors & locals alike. From the 1950’s cottage-style homes found on the southside and northside of Davis Shores, you’ll enjoy exploring this safe and quiet neighborhood that is surrounded by the Matanzas River, intracoastal waterway. Find hidden parks spread throughout the neighborhood and beautiful views of the Salt Run to the east and Matanzas River & Downtown St. Augustine to the west.
Great walkability to Historic Downtown! We have 2 private, off-street parking spaces for our guests.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
--LOCKING EXTERIOR DOORS--
To lock all exterior doors of the home, you will need to pull the door lever in the up position while turning the deadbolt knob of the door until the door is locked.
The unit that you have rented is Bridge Tender and is the 1st floor unit (Unit 1) - This property has two separate units, Bridge Tender (Unit 1) & Lion's View (Unit 2). Bridge Tender is the first floor unit.
PET FRIENDLY - Up to 2 dogs maximum, pet fee is $189.00 and will be charged separately after the booking is confirmed. You are responsible for any damage from your pet.
All pets must be approved by host before check in. Please note that Airbnb does not automatically add the pet fee. We will manually add a pet fee of $189.00 after the booking is confirmed and it will need to be paid prior to your arrival.
Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.
