When you call Coronilla Bend your home away from home, you will be nestled near all of Austin's amusements! Not losing the luxury of privacy, this home is located in a desirable neighborhood near the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, McKinney Falls State Park, and of course, Downtown Austin.

Inside, discover an open-concept layout, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities. Here, you can stream your favorite TV shows and movies, whip up beautiful dishes, and dine as a family in the light-soaked dining area. Stepping into the primary bedroom, find high-quality linens, ample storage space, and a spa-like en suite bathroom. Aside from the home's additional bedrooms, you will also find a designated work room (ideal for remote workers) and a separate washer/dryer. To ensure your total comfort, be sure to utilize the home's central air-conditioning. Outside, gather together on the patio, and host a sweet summer barbecue with the help of the gas grill!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
