This gorgeous villa is ideal for multi-group getaways and comprises four separate condos - two on the ground floor and two on the top. Directly on a beautifully designed Coore and Crenshaw golf course, the pristine setting boasts peaceful fairway views. Enjoy ample outdoor space with lush views of the greens. The ground-floor condos each provide access to a patio with a grill, covered alfresco dining, and a firepit, while the two condos upstairs share a balcony with a TV, grill, and alfresco dining. This location is an ideal home base that provides easy access to Lake Oconee and Oconee National Forest. Downtown Eatonton's shops, restaurants, and museums are also a short drive away.

On the ground floor, the spacious first condo offers a living area, sunroom, full kitchen, and bedroom suite with a jetted tub in addition to the shower. The second downstairs condo has a studio layout and includes a kitchenette.

Upstairs, the third condo has another well-equipped kitchen, a living area, and a large bedroom suite with a sitting nook. Also, on the top floor, the fourth condo offers another studio layout with a kitchenette.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming is available on Fubo for live local channels or using your own accounts (Amazon Prime and Netflix).
A Pack n’ Play is available upon request.
Both downstairs condos have step-free access. The top-floor condos are only accessible via stairs.
Community amenities (pool, golf course, restaurant, etc.) are only available to members of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. They will not be available to Vacasa guests.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
