The tenants next door were extremely disruptive. The description of the property did not indicate additional tenants. The bed sheets were dirty in all beds.

Great location and great experience

I come out to Oakland for work a few times a year and had no interest in staying in a hotel. This was a great choice. Nice and clean. I love the kitchen and there were needed tools to cook. I will stay again.

Perfect Space for Two

Everything was new, the beds and pillows comfortable. The room sizes are great. It was cool that there was one room with a bathroom in it, the other in the hallway. 1002 was downstairs and there is an upstairs unit. If double occupancy it feels like staying in a hotel with someone one the floor above. Overall nice place for two coworkers having to stay in the same home. Area is ok, just stay aware and in pairs.

My experience at the apartment

The apartment was clean, well organized with specious rooms and bathrooms. The host is very accommodating and reached out to ask if we needed anything. I recommend everyone to book their stay and appreciate me later.
