This historic house was built in 1929 by Atlee B. Ayres, the same architect as the McNay museum. It has been lovingly updated and furnished with the spirit of old San Antonio in mind. We want our guests to have an unforgettable experience with family and friends in this architectural gem.
The downstairs consists of a foyer, living room, sunroom, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, and one half bathroom.
All four bedrooms are upstairs and share Jack and Jill bathrooms.
The house has central air and heat controlled by Nest thermostats. The doorbell is also Nest with a camera.
Please keep in mind that this is an old house, so while it is updated with modern conveniences there are some quirks and cosmetic imperfections.
