Welcome to our modern and beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. This space exudes a fresh and light ambiance, offering a high-end experience for our guests. The abundance of sunlight fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Parking:
There's plenty of parking on site. We always recommend our guests rent a car to be fully flexible and independent TURO is a good rental option for cars.

EVENTS: If you're in need of a venue for your next event, look no further. Our house is part of a collective, conveniently located next to The Captains View, a spacious 5-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 10 guests. This makes it the perfect combination for hosting large events, between the 2 properties, with the added benefit of extra housing provided by The Captains View next door. Whether it's a family reunion, a corporate retreat, bridal/baby shower, or any other special occasion, our collective offers the ideal space to create lasting memories. The Guest shall be required to pay a $500 Damage Deposit amount when booking direct, Booking.com, a paddle board or with VRBO, and sign a rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy Note: Please be aware that a 5% administrative fee is non-refundable should you cancel your reservation at any time.
House Rules:

Early Check-in / Late Check-out Requests:
While we try to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests, please note that it may not always be possible due to back-to-back check-ins. Check-out time is at 11 am to allow our cleaning service sufficient time for thorough cleaning.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out Requests Fee:
*There is a $30 early/late check in fee. Please check if early/late check out is possible before paying in your guest portal.
*Early check in charge is any time before 1:00 pm.

Pet Policy:
We welcome small to medium-sized quiet pets with an additional cleaning fee of $100.
Failure to disclose your pet(s) will result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.
Please ensure your pet has no history of causing damage, no peeing indoors, and no aggression.
Pets must be leashed at all times outside the house and cannot be left unattended.
Pets are not allowed on furniture, and any accidents on the carpet will incur cleaning fee.
Please clean up after your pet in all indoor and outdoor areas and respect the neighbors.

EVENTS: Events are allowed with permission and a $1500 damage deposit and signed rental agreement. We use vacation management software Hostaway and will process the deposit and agreement via Hostaway.

*Please remove your shoes before entering the house to prevent tracking in mud and rainwater.

*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $500 room recovery fee will be charged to guests who fail to comply.

*Please refrain from moving heavy furniture to prevent damages. Guests will be held liable for any resulting damages.
