The property has been recently renovated and updated with many new features including new, fully-equipped kitchen with new cabinetry, appliances, newly remodeled bathrooms including a clawfoot tub, and new flooring throughout. The main floor is also accessible with a main floor suite including walk in shower and a ramp leading to the front door for anyone with mobility issues.

We are dog friendly and welcome up to 2 dogs!
The pet fee is $60 and includes pet bowls, pet waste bags, stain remover, a cozy dog bed and a special treat for your friends.

No smoking is allowed on the property.

Security cameras are located on front & back porches, garage, exterior of the house facing the street & on the back of the house covering the backyard. Cameras in the basement of the home monitor plumbing.
