This condo is the perfect retreat for mountain adventures and relaxation!

The Space:
Whether you are traveling as a couple, or a small family with children, this condo will have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Breck! Head out by foot to either the slopes or downtown, and easily pop back to the condo for breaks throughout the day. The condo includes an underground parking spot, so need to worry about finding parking each time you head off! After a day of exploring, relax and recharge in this stylish home where you will find plush furnishings, a cozy bedroom, a private balcony, and great shared amenities. You will love ending the day with a soak in the shared hot tub, the perfect way to ease sore muscles from a day on the slopes!

Step into this beautiful condo and come to the well-decorated main living space. You will first come to the gorgeous kitchen, a modern space with top-of-the-line appliances the chef in your group is going to love preparing meals in! Keep the chef company from the kitchen bar while they meal prep on the beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen bar features three bar stools and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a quick snack. Next to the kitchen bar is the dining area, where you will find a table with seating for four underneath a stylish lighting fixture, providing an elegant space for your group to enjoy a meal together. Off the kitchen, you will find a powder room perfect for shared use.

When you are ready to relax, settle into the comfortable leather couch in the living room while you warm up by the fire. Or, enjoy a movie night from the mounted TV situated above the stone hearth. An additional two chairs, a coffee table, a lamp, and a plush oversized rug round out this space, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that will make you feel right at home. This space can be turned into a sleeping area as well, with a pull-out bed in the sofa. From the living room, you can step out to the private balcony to take in the fresh mountain air where you will find a patio table and chair set great for enjoying happy hours or meals al-fresco.

When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the inviting bedroom located off the main living space. This warm and stylish room features a comfortable king-size bed, a dresser, mounted TV, a closet, and a large window providing ample natural light. Adding to the luxury of the bedroom is an attached full bathroom which boasts a double-sink vanity with beautiful granite countertops, a soaking tub for easing sore muscles, and a freestanding shower with a glass door.

Keep up with any laundry needs during your stay with the stacked washer and dryer located in a laundry closet in the main living space. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared amenities the condo includes such as a swimming pool, hot tubs, and a fitness center.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo and one assigned parking spot in the underground parking garage. Guests will also have access to the building’s shared amenities, which include a pool and hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
The unbeatable location of this condo places you in the heart of the action, with the slopes and downtown just a quick walk away. Situated next to Peak 9, you are less than a 10-minute walk away from the Quicksilver lift, from which intermediate skiers and riders will find a wide variety of "blue runs", and experts can take the Beaver Run Chair for immediate access to the Falcon Chair on Peak 10. Beginner skiers will find a wide variety of lessons and classes, as well as terrain perfect for building up your ski skills. If you are after a city adventure you are only a 4-minute walk away from downtown Breckenridge where you'll find shops, breweries, restaurants, entertainment venues, and seasonal festivities. Make a reservation at The Dredge, the world's highest floating restaurant with access to walkways to enter from Adams or Jefferson Street - during the summer months you can even feed the ducks! If you have children, you might consider looking into the Mountain Top Children's Museum, where kids can find crafts, dress-up, and building activities. There are plenty of experiences in shopping, dining, and year-round activities to satisfy your adventurous spirit. Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center, in the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn. In the Summer months, enjoy endless fun at Peak 8's Epic Discovery, where you can ride the alpine slide and roller coaster or play a round of mini golf.

If you are after a good hiking adventure, there are plenty of beautiful trails nearby. For an easy hike, try hiking on Burro Trail, which runs through a pine forest along a picturesque creek. For a little strenuous trail with some great views, try hiking or mountain biking on the Select 10 trail. Blair Witch Trail, Lily Pad Lake Trail, and Spruce Creek Trail are other great trail options to check out not too far from the home. You may also enjoy road biking on Breck's many gorgeous biking trails to Keystone, Frisco, Copper, Vail, or around Dillon Reservoir.

Getting Around:
From this well-located condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and even the grocery store. Main Street is just a quick four-minute walk away, at which you can hop on the free Main Street trolley, a great option for exploring downtown Breckenridge. The BreckConnect Gondola is a five-minute drive from the condo and will take you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. Just steps from your door you will find the Columbine bus stop on the Breck FREE ride bus line, the Breck FREE bus line has routes that will take you all over the surrounding area, so you can comfortably explore just about anywhere without having to worry about driving. Or, hit the slopes in mere minutes with a less than 10-miunute walk to Quicksilver lift.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
