In the main bedroom, there is a queen-size bed, a 32" Smart TV, air conditioning, black-out blinds, a full private bathroom with a "rain" shower, a spacious closet, and a balcony overlooking the private building pool, perfect for enjoying the incredible sunsets and the breeze of the Pacific ocean. The guest-bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, black-out blinds and a large closet. The kitchen has a granite table/island and is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, blender, and all the basics for cooking and eating such as pans, dishes, cutlery, utensils, etc. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and a dining table that also serves to work purposes. There is a laundry room with an electric washer/dryer and a second full bathroom. The access door is electronic and the code will be provided to you upon arrival. Quadrant is a space designed to vacation, live, and work in harmony.
