Take advantage of the resort's fantastic community amenities, including a grilling area, a playground and pool for the kiddos, a fitness center, two outdoor heated pools and hot tub, two pickleball courts, and 10 clay har-tru tennis courts. Fun for everyone!

- There will be a few extra sets in the closet

* 3 Kitchen Trash Bags
*A limited supply of toilet paper & paper towel is provided. Any additional will be at the responsibility of the guest!
* 1 Sponge
* 1 Small liquid dish soap
* 2 Dishwasher pods
* 2 Laundry Pods

Guests are allowed parking for only two vehicles. Parking passes are required and should be displayed in the vehicle at all times. Guests will have to provide vehicle registration information prior to their stay!

Please note no motorcycles, trailers, or RVs are allowed.

Guests can conveniently check in themselves with our front door keypad and custom lock code.

1. This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available

2. If you bring more guests the are reflected on your reservation, unfortunately you will be asked to leave without a refund.

3. Pets are NOT allowed.

4. Parties are NOT allowed.

5. Smoking is NOT allowed. We may charge additional fees at our discretion to compensate for any smoke damage to furnishings or remediation of smoke aroma in the unit.

6. We highly recommended purchasing traveler's insurance. We offer no cancellations for events outside of our control, including illness or anything weather related.

7. After 48 hours, we no longer accept any alterations to your reservation

8. Kindly be aware that community amenities are under the management of the HOA, and any closures or maintenance activities throughout the year are beyond our control. However, we are committed to keeping you well-informed and will make every effort to promptly notify you as soon as we receive any updates.
