Bonita & Barefoot Beaches are a 4-minute ride by car or 10-minute bike ride. Other great nearby beach destinations within 15 minutes include Vanderbilt Beach and Ft. Myers Beach. Leave the car at home and walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream shoppe and more! Amenities abound with private heated pool, gas grill, kayaks, bikes and private elevator. Main Floor
The moment you step through the front door, your Florida vacation has truly begun! Inviting main floor is a spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area with large overlooking bay views. Feel right at home with the light, contemporary décor and high ceilings bursting with natural light. Never miss a moment between meal prep in the kitchen and the others relaxing in the living or dining areas.

Kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs with cookware, dishware, utensils, wine glasses and more. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large breakfast bar and walk-in pantry will not disappoint. Coffee drinkers are in good hands with both regular and K-cup coffee makers.

Master suite offers stunning canal views and balcony access, king bed, sitting area with sofa, his and hers walk-in closets and a workspace for the executive. Relax in the master bathroom’s jetted soaking tub or unwind in the large walk-in shower.

Second bedroom has queen bed and opens to shared large screened-in balcony. Third bedroom offers a queen bed and a small private study with desk, ideal for those that need to work and play. A full bathroom with dual vanities and shower/tub combination is shared by these rooms. An additional room has a pullout sofa which converts to a queen-sized bed to accommodate two guests.

Ground Floor
Spiral staircase downstairs leads to the ground-level second living room with plenty of seating, massive smart TV and kitchenette equipped with microwave, small fridge/freezer, coffee maker and more. This space is perfect for a young adult gathering area or separate family accommodation. Living room has two single beds for extra guests and privacy partition. A private bedroom suite with full bathroom with queen bed has direct access to the pool deck.

After a gorgeous day at the beach (or skip the beach!), kick back and relax in the heated backyard saltwater pool. Fire up the gas grill and get your backyard, poolside family barbeque on. Explore the bay on one of the four kayaks, gliding along past manatee, dolphins and other local wildlife. Need more kayaks or paddle boards for your expedition? We can have them delivered.
