The Space:

After a fun-filled day exploring, return to this bright and stylish home where you will find 4 levels of living space to spread out and relax including an open and social main living space, a cozy den with a fireplace, and a spacious balcony with a private hot tub.

When you step inside the home you will be greeted by large bright windows all around providing views over the surrounding trees wherever you look! On the main level of the home, you will find a stylish and social living room/dining room/kitchen with a large window and sliding glass patio door overlooking the balcony providing ample natural light into this space. In the living room, you will find a well-decorated space with a unique wooden coffee table, 3 comfortable chairs, a sofa, a mounted TV, and an oversized rug. Next to the living room is the dining area where you will find a table with seating for 6 situated next to the large glass patio doors. A fully-equipped kitchen is on the other side of the dining room, connected to the space by a kitchen bar with three bar stools, providing great additional seating if needed for large groups. The modern kitchen boasts a stylish color scheme and lovely granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything you might need to whip up a favorite meal from a Nutribullet to a crockpot!

During the summer months, step out the sliding glass doors off the main living space and onto the spacious balcony. This area is a great extension of living space where you will find a BBQ, a patio table and chairs, and a private hot tub. Grill up dinner while your group enjoys happy hour at the patio table, ease sore muscles in the hot tub, or in the winter months enjoy the snow falling around you while you soak in the warm water.

A short staircase off the living/dining room will take you to the 3rd floor of the home, where you will come to an open loft landing space that features a desk and chair. This quiet spot is the perfect space for catching up on any remote work during your stay. From there, head into the beautiful master bedroom, where you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Get a good night’s rest on the cozy king bed, enjoy a movie in bed from the mounted 55” SMART TV, and easily store your personal belongings in the large armoire. This bedroom includes a private on-suite bathroom which boasts a large double-sink vanity, a freestanding glass-enclosed shower, and a large soaking tub. This room is the only room on the third floor, providing additional privacy during your stay.

Back in the dining/living room, you will find a 2nd set of stairs leading to the lower level of the home. As you make your way down the stairs, you will come to a cozy second living room that is the perfect den setup. Your group is going to love relaxing in this inviting space, where you can warm up by the fire while lounging on the large L-shaped sofa. Enjoy a movie night or game night in this space, you will even find a corner table with three chairs perfect for playing cards or attempting one of the puzzles found in the home. Or you can step out onto a balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Just off the den area is a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a shower/bathtub combo.

Make your way down the few short stairs off the den and arrive at the basement floor of the home, where you will find an additional two bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a queen-size bed in a log bed frame, and the second bedroom features a bunk bed with full over queen beds. Connecting these two bedrooms is a jack & jill bathroom that provides plenty of space for sharing. With a large double-sink that runs the length of the wall and a shower/bathtub combo, those staying in these two bedrooms can share this space with ease. The basement level also includes a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use.

Those traveling with young children will love the additional family-friendly amenities the home features from a stroller, pack-n-play, bath toys, a high chair, and games, this home will make traveling with your little ones an enjoyable experience for all!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces as well as three parking places with two parking spots in the driveway and one space for a compact car inside the garage.

This home places you in an enviable location in the heart of Breckenridge, allowing you to take advantage of all that this fabulous mountain town has to offer with ease! Located close to the base of Peak 8 you are just a 10-minute drive to the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort and 6 minutes to the BreckConnect Gondola connecting you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. Or head 5 minutes to the South and find yourself at the QuickSilver Superchair, another great option for quick access to the slopes. When you are looking to explore city life head five minutes to the East and find yourself on Breckenridge's historic Main Street, here you will find endless shops, breweries, restaurants, galleries, and museums where you can learn more about the history of this Gold Rush-era mining town. In the summer months, have some outdoor fun hiking the trail nearby Snowflake Trailhead or go troll-hunting for Isak Heartstone - a larger-than-life art sculpture made of natural materials. For endless family fun, head over to Peak 8's Epic Discovery, located just 10 minutes away from the home! Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please note that the garage is heated; there are benches to change boots, and ski boots are NOT allowed in the house.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
