About the Home

• Main floor living room with gas logs fireplace, 50" SmartTV with both streaming and satellite available, and deck access.
• Lower level den with 55" SmartTV, game table, wet bar, and deck access.
• Two spacious, wraparound decks with a gas grill, Adirondack seating, and direct access to Flat Creek.
• The main entrance is located at the top of the exterior stairs, which provides access to the main floor of the home. There is an additional entrance on the lower level. Either entry point requires climbing one flight of stairs.

Where to Unwind
• The main floor offers a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
• Also on the main floor is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom, accessed from the hallway, with a walk-in shower.
• The lower level offers two bedrooms, one with a built-in twin XL bunk bed and one with a queen-size bed. A full bathroom, with a shower and bathtub combination, can be accessed from the hallway.

Please Note: This home is not pet-friendly. There are several exterior cameras around the grounds and a ring doorbell camera. There is NO cell service. To avoid navigation issues, please print the driving directions and bring them with you before heading to the home. This property has no outdoor firepit, and fires are absolutely prohibited. Violation of this is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund.

In addition to streaming capabilities, the home has satellite TV which may be interrupted by inclement weather. This home has Spectrum internet (starting speed of 200 Mbps). Keep in mind that using apps that stream live video uses a lot of data and having multiple devices connected to and using the WiFi at the same time consumes large amounts of data. Once the data is used for a billing cycle, the Internet still works, but it becomes slow. Therefore, please be mindful of Internet use during your stay. To get the most out of the service, please turn off the TVs when you are not using them, and refrain from connecting devices that are not being used.
