The open concept living room and kitchen area are fully equipped with live edge shelving, a retro fridge, oven with cooktop, custom dining area, microwave, and groovy chairs that add a touch of fun and style to your vacation.

The Neighborhood:
It's a fairly quiet neighborhood, full of locals and tucked in between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a 2 min walk following the boardwalk across the street. This property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk that goes directly to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar-white warm sandy beach and the intercostal waterway near the Brooks Bridge. The Santa Rosa Sound is a minute or two on the opposite side, also connected to the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 min from Destin depending on traffic. This neighborhood is located near restaurants, bars, etc.

Getting Around:
The best way for guests to get around while staying at Sandy Pointe 105 on Okaloosa Island is by car or bike. There are also several taxi and ride-sharing services available in the area, such as Uber and Lyft. Additionally, there are public transportation options like the Okaloosa County Transit bus system, which has several routes throughout the area, including one that runs along Santa Rosa Boulevard.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that smoking IS NOT ALLOWED in or near the condo including on the walkway.
Pets are allowed in the condo with prior approval and a pet fee.
The laundry room code is 8712.
There is no front desk or check-in process at Sandy Pointe. Access instructions will be provided prior to check-in.
The condo is equipped with basic amenities such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
Guests are responsible for keeping the condo clean and tidy during their stay, but there is no daily maid service.
There are designated parking spaces for guests at Sandy Pointe.
The beach access is a short walk from the condo.
Okaloosa Island has a noise ordinance in effect from 10 pm to 7 am, so please be mindful of noise levels during these hours.
