This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located at 155 Grande Island Boulevard in the popular resort community of Gulf Highlands, and just a short walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands boasts 65 acres and offers guests tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, a mini putt-putt course, gym, 11 pools (5 heated, 1 beachfront), deeded beach access, and more! And the best part? You have 2 of your own dedicated parking spaces and no elevator! Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, close to several popular restaurants and attractions.

This beautiful 2 level townhome is quite spacious, with almost 1600 square feet of living space. The open concept floorplan allows for plenty of seating for dining or just relaxing after a long day at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals during your stay on the gas stove. It also has a Keurig duo coffeemaker, so coffee lovers can brew a whole pot or just a cup. The living room offers guests ample, comfortable seating and a door leading out to the private patio overlooking the fenced swimming pool and children's play area. The patio features a dining table for 6, a comfortable outdoor sectional, fire pit and a gas grill. A half bathroom is also located downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs, you will find the spacious master bedroom which features a King bed, sitting area and a set of bunk beds with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and private bath with walk-in shower. All rooms feature flat screen TVs with Xfinity cable. The washer and dryer is located upstairs as well. This unit comfortably sleeps 6.
