Retreat to the woods and enjoy this post & beam style home. The large deck with lake views is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner with friends & family. In the morning, you'll be serenaded by birds.

This cottage sits on 1 acre of fenced land; bring your pets they will have just as much fun as you.

Take your ATV out for a spin right from the driveway - trails nearby and only a 2-minute drive to the beach!

A 40-minute scenic drive from Kelowna and 30 min from Vernon.
The space
The cottage has 2 bedrooms and a loft. In the first room there is a King Bed. The second room has a Queen and an upper bunk (twin size). In the loft there is another queen size bed (loft is accessible by steep stairs).

The driveway has room for lots of parking and even an RV and a boat!

The yard is an acre and fenced. There is a trampoline and climbing structure for kids. There is a large fire pit area stocked with wood. The wood fire sauna is a wonderful way to relax after a day of play! (Both not available during Fire Ban)

Nearby is Killiney Beach (15 min walk) and about 10 minutes away if Fintry Provincial park.

La Casa is nearby (10 min) and offers a restaurant and grocery/liquor store.

There is lots of hiking spots and ATV trails we can share with you!
Guest access
Guests have access to the carport, entire yard, play structures, sauna, firepit area and house (no access to workshop).

Additional RV parking and electricity hook-up (no sewer) are available. There is a fee of $35 per night for the RV parking and hookup, which the owner will collect. There is waste disposal available at Fintry Provincial Park.
Other things to note
A propane fire pit is available for use by the guests all year long and available during fire ban season. Additionally, the outdoor sauna will be off-limits during fire ban season as it is a wood fire sauna.
