• Check-in (arrival) very convenient and secure. Normally we cannot do early check in. But you can get to the building that has very nice common areas. Flexible check-out. Don worry we will clean after you.

• You can park for free on the premises (subject to availability) and on the street in front of the building. Also, if you prefer, there are many public pay parking very close.

• Is the apartment 100% private?
Yes! The whole place is for you. Only you will have access with your personalized access card that we will give you upon arrival.

• Do I have to bring sheets, towels, shampoo, soap ...?
No! We provide everything you need for your stay. Extra sheets, towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. may have extra charge.

• ¿Does it work as a hotel?
You could feel as in your oun home so we do not provide other hotel like services. It works as a private apartment in a building so we don't provide service to the room, recepcionist, pick up garbage at the apartment, etc.

• Is the WiFi reliable and fast?
We know how important a good internet connection is. We have a reliable fiber optic WiFi network, the latest technology. Great coverage throughout the department.

• Can I check-in early or check-out late?
We can solve it! Please let us know if you need an early check-in or a late check-out, and if there are no other reservations at the apartments on the same day, we will let you know. If there are reservations for the same day, don't worry, we have other spaces in the same building where you can hang out, like the jacuzzi on the top roof or you can leave your luggage safely, so you can explore the city and then do check-in when the apartment is ready for you (maximum at 3:00 pm, but we will do our best to make you enjoy it as soon as possible).

• Is the apartment cleaned regularly?
We take cleanliness very seriously and you will see that the apartment is spotlessly clean when you arrive.

• It is rarely reported in travel books, but Medellín has pure, safe and clean drinking water from the tap. Enjoy the tap water!
