This property is a three bedroom, two bath home in North Orem with a kitchen, living room and TV/family/game room. You'll be comfortable year round with our heating/ air conditioning system. There's a fenced back yard, patio, and plenty of parking in our double carport with a 50 amp charging outlet.

We are in a nice neighborhood with a great view of Mount Timpanogos with convenient access to I-15, BYU, UVU, Provo Canyon and all Utah Valley destinations. We are just 45 minutes from Salt Lake City. Our 3 level split was built in the 60's but has been recently renovated. It is very clean and comfortable with a touch of vintage nostalgia.

We have a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and disposal, as well as dishes, pots & pan, and cooking utensils. We have a coffee maker with free coffee and hot chocolate, mixer, toaster, waffle iron, and blender. All dish towels, dish soap, and hot pads are provided.

We have a washer and dryer in our 2nd bathroom and include detergent and fabric softener.

Wireless internet provided and smart TVs in the family room and master bedroom. We welcome families and can comfortably sleep 6 with extra capacity on couches and blow up mattress for 4 more. We also have a play-n-pack for a small one as well as a high chair.

Our family room boasts a vintage bumper pool/poker table, magnetic dart board, large scale checkers and a variety of puzzles, games and toys. Outside we have a basketball hoop and a fenced backyard with patio furniture and cornhole game.
