This 3 Bedroom pool home sleeps 10 and is the perfect location for your Florida retreat! The house is just a short drive to some of the best beaches in the area including Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, and Holmes Beach. While being centrally located off the island you are close to many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and more!

Palma Sola Retreat is located in Northwest Bradenton just off the main road of 75th St W. The inside was decorated with a coastal feel in mind and offers everything you need to make it your home base while in Florida! When walking in the front door you are greeted by the openness of the kitchen, dining room, and living room that flow together with large sliding glass doors overlooking the pool and pool deck.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and entertaining, with added extras such as an air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, etc. Plenty of seating is available for family meals and fun games to all sit around and enjoy.

The living room offers a large sectional sofa along with a large smart tv! Login to any of your favorite streaming apps and watch your favorite shows and movies.

The backyard oasis offers everything you need to enjoy a full day at your own private retreat! A large covered area to enjoy your favorite sports games while watching the kids in the pool. The covered area offers a sectional outdoor sofa along with a large table to enjoy a snack or a meal. Looking to BBQ? A custom grill hut designed for the grillmaster! Looking for some sunshine? Head out and enjoy the loungers or take a few shots at the basketball hoop! End your day around the fire pit and the FL stars. (The pool can be heated for an additional fee, Inquire for more info).

Palma Sola Retreat offers plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for a large family or friends. The property has a split floor plan with the Master Bedroom on the right side of the house with two additional bedrooms on the left side of the house. The master bedroom provides a King size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The additional bedrooms have a Queen size bed and Twin over full bunks. All three bedrooms have a smart TV.

Enjoy the outdoors? Take a short walk through the De Soto National Memorial Park to watch the sunset. Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson's Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more is located just a few miles away from the house as well. Looking for something more adventurous? Head to the Palma Sola Causeway and Kayak through the majestic Mangroves in Palma Sola Bay!

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
