***Please note that there is an ongoing construction project behind this building, which may cause disturbance and dust during working hours. Please note that this condo is nestled in the heart of the Romantic Zone and some regular street noise may be present.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
