Watch the sun rise over the mountains from your private balcony or your Master bedroom window. This is a prime location for families and friends to take in the stunning views of the lake and mountains while experiences all the amazing activities the Lakes Region has to offer such as swimming, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, or skiing. Our home is conveniently located only a 6-minute walk to the famous Weirs Beach with numerous restaurant and entertainment options!


Pier III Condominiums is the ideal location to spend your vacation whether that includes relaxing on your private balcony or take advantages of all the amenities the Lakes Region provides. The sliding glass doors of open concept kitchen and living room open to your own private balcony with a gas grill and outdoor seating overlooking beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Drink your morning coffee watching the sun rise while boats pass through the channel. Watch the amazing Weir's Beach fireworks display from your balcony on Saturday nights in July.

The living room includes a large sectional sofa providing plenty of room the entire family. The tv has cable and has the capability to stream Amazon, Hulu, and Netflix. There is a large window in the living room to watch the boats in Paugus Bay. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, silverware, pans, and glassware for your use during your stay.
This condo unit can sleep 6 people maximum. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a bureau for all your beach clothing and a large window facing Paugus Bay. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated with 2 full sized beds as well as its own tv with cable to watch your favorite shows. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and towels for everyone.

Towels, beach towels, linens and toiletries are included.

Free parking for 1 vehicle is included. 1 additional parking spot based on availability. Parking spots are not designated. Nearby commercial parking lot may be available for additional vehicles.

**No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. No pets, no parties, no marina access. Marina is for owner use only per condo and insurance regulations. Renters are not allowed to enter the marina.

We have a security camera at the front door towards the parking lot and one on the balcony facing the lake. They will be on during your stay.

Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 11am.
Door code will be provided on the day of check in.
