The first floor has a nice-sized kitchen to prepare your meals. There are 2 tables available for dining, playing games, putting a puzzle together or just catching up. The living room has a comfy queen size sofa and 4 chairs and a TV. There is a bathroom with a step-in shower. Walking out of the sliding glass doors from the living room or dining room will find you on the large deck with crosswalk over the dune to the beach. There is an exposed shower head to rinse off before going inside. 

The second floor has 4 bedrooms and one full bathroom with a step-in shower. The two Ocean facing bedrooms have King size beds and TVs. There are 2 street facing bedrooms, one with a Full-size bed and a twin-size bunk bed, the other has a Queen size bed. This home sleeps 11. 

A reminder of days gone by; this home will serve as the perfect spot to catch up with your crew before they fly out the door on their way to their next Topsail-based adventure. 

You will only be a 9-minute drive (about 5.5 miles) to the center of Surf City where you will find many privately owned gift shops and restaurants. In Surf City there are fun activities like the Topsail Escape Room and the EMA Touch Tank Aquarium. On the mainland side of Surf City is the well-known Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Center that gives tours daily.  Just over the high-rise bridge that connects N. Topsail Beach to Sneads Ferry you will find even more shops and restaurants as well as the closest grocery store (Food Lion, 5.3 miles). Only 4.6 miles away on North Topsail is The Seaview Pier with its bait shop and restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and will even clean and cook your fresh catch. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast.

Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.

This home only allows dogs, some restrictions may apply. The Pet Fee is $300.00 per pet. The Pet Fee is not automatically included.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shoreline. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward to the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
