Cozy two bedroom townhome, pet friendly

Welcome to Raleigh! This townhome is located just off of Capital Blvd, close to shopping and restaurants, and only 25 min from RDU. Pets, 2 max, are welcome.

This townhomes has a kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath and laundry on the main level. Upstairs has two bedrooms and the full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twins.

Smart Roku TVs allow you to access your favorite streaming services.

$500 fine for any broken rules:
a) NO smoking IN OR NEAR the home.
b) NO parties
c) NO breaking quiet hours 10 pm- 7 am
d) Must clean up after pet, inside and out

Guests will receive a code to access the property that is active for the duration of their visit. There is one parking space in the primary parking lot in front of the townhome. There is a visitor parking lot across the street.

Household Essentials:
We provide a limited amount of household essentials for you to use when you arrive. These items include toilet paper, paper towels, hotel size lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. However, please note that we DO NOT re-stock these items during your stay. So if you need more you will need to get your own.

Towels and Linens:
We provide towels and linens for you to use during your stay, but we DO NOT provide a linen service. There is a washer and dryer in the unit so you are welcome to wash the linens you have as often as needed.
