This two-story home sits three blocks north of SE Division Street, where you can find incredible baked goods, ice cream, cute shops, and cuisine from all over the world. But that's also just the beginning. Head five blocks north to bustling and eclectic SE Hawthorne, or walk a block west to admire the rose gardens in Ladd's Addition. The entire east side is at your fingertips, from music venues to markets, with downtown only two miles across the Willamette River.

The house greets you with all the charm of a storybook cottage, with pretty front windows that capture the sunlight. Enter by way of an inviting living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a soft sectional, a smart TV to stream your favorite movies.

When you're not out exploring Portland's renowned dining scene, enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a window-lined dining room where you can sit down to eat. In addition to the two calming bedrooms, a private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
