A Lakeside community located on the Northern shores of Lake Travis, this home is an ideal location for families and friends that want a relaxing experience in a serene and family-friendly community. This community is known for its outdoor recreation and mix of families, friends and retired couples that travel from all over to take advantage of the fun things to do in Lago Vista. Our location is great for catching a boat ride on Lake Travis or playing a few holes of golf at Lago Vista Golf Course. We love our home in Lago Vista, and we hope you will too!

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by rideshare or car. Available weekdays from 7am - 7pm, CapMetro's on-demand "Pickup" Service is a low-cost rideshare transportation option that takes you to and from anywhere within the Lago Vista Pickup Zone. A single ride costs $1.25. Kids ride free using the promo code CHILDFREE for children or kids 18 and younger.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
