Hypnautic West Duplex - beautiful completed remodel on interior and exterior of duplex. Both the east and west sides have been totally remodeled. Wood-like tile throughout. New renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances all set it new quartz countertops. The duplex boast 3 Kings and 1 queen with sofa sleeper in living. King, King, King, Queen and sofa sleeper. Sleeps 10. Must be 25 years old to rent. No Smoking. Rents Saturday to Saturday during Summer Season.

Hypnautic duplex exterior has been totally redone and larger cover porches and new decking around in-ground pool. The house is approximately 8 miles from the corner of Hwy 59 and Beach Road.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Family get together

Was perfect house for our family of 10 including 2 babies. Location right on beach was a bonus. Very clean. Super helpful and prompt response to the smoke detector batteries. Our long weekend uniting all our daughters and their families was a success!

Beautiful Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful and clean house right on the beach. Perfect location not far from the main Gulf Shores area, but far enough away to avoid huge crowds from big condos. The pool was perfect for the kids when they got tired of the beach.Only 2 small negative things: The shared bathroom upstairs was a little small. It could help greatly to have mirrors available upstairs to allow people to get ready in places other than the small bathroom. Additionally, the walkway to the beach was a little overgrown. But neither of those things were a big deal. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Hypnautic West Labor Day Great Stay

We stayed for a long weekend at Hypnautic west. The duplex was recently redone. Inside was beautiful and new furnishings. We had 6 adults and 3 children and had plenty of space. Great location to restaurants and shopping! Beach was just steps away from back deck. Beach in this area was not crowded at all even on Labor Day weekend which was great! The pool was facing the gulf so spent a lot of time there. It is a shared pool with duplex neighbor. But our back patio did feel very private from neighbor unless you were down by the pool. We had a great family next door though and kids enjoyed playing together. The house stayed very cool the whole weekend. No problems with a/c. Only problem was with tv and internet. Both were not working on arrival but management company came out within 30 minutes to fix. TVs in two of three bedrooms upstairs did not work, no remotes for either. Other two bedrooms had nicer smart tvs. No locks on few of bedroom doors and upstairs shared bathroom which we thought was kinda weird. The master bedroom sliding door to balcony needs to be fixed, does not slide closed. No smoke alarm in upstairs bedroom, empty panel & Need to cover a few wall cable wiring spots, doesn’t seem safe if little kids put their hands in there. Probably just because it was newly redone. We enjoyed our stay for the weekend!

The perfect trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What else can I really say.Yes the house is outstanding. Fully remodeled from top to bottom. It was very clean and well furnished. I would recommend this to anyone. We stayed at the pool, most of the days and to the beach early in the morning and late in the afternoon.The location is perfect. Customer service through the property company was outstanding. What a great trip........ can’t wait to do it again.
