The Primary Suite boasts a King Size Bed, a large screen Smart TV, Gulf Front balcony access, and a Private Full Bath with a shower/ tub combination. The Guest Bedroom hosts 2 Queen Size Beds, a large screen Smart TV, and a Private Full Bath with a tub/ shower combination. The Cozy Living Area hosts plenty of seating for all and includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. The Kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a delicious meal if you are not visiting some of our amazing restaurants within walking distance. The Gulf Facing Balcony holds a dining set and 2 nice loungers for enjoying a cup of coffee or just to soak in the salty air. - Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.
- All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**Beginning Mid August 2023, updating work on the elevators will begin. Due to a high demand of parts in our area, we do not have a completion date. At times, only one elevator will be working at a time. Please pack your patience.
